do you still have a shop?

Unfortunately, no. My shop front closed permanently on Saturday 16th April 2022. We are currently operating as a home based business offering online ordering, pick up and regular delivery days. We also attend markets and events as much as we can.

Do I need to pre-order?

Yes you do need to pre-order. We no longer have daily stock so all baking is done for pre-orders only. Occasionally I will post on my social media pages with any treats that i have available but the best way to confirm treats for your event is to place an order.

How to get a quote?

All prices for standard products can be found under my menu tab. For custom products, including cupcakes with custom toppers or colour themes and full sized cakes, you will need to fill in the quote form located under the request a quote tab.

 How to book?

To make a booking you will need to go to the request a quote page and fill in the order form. Fill in the form that suits your needs and you will be sent a quote via email based on the information you gave. You will then be sent an invoice for payment to be paid online.

How long does it take to get a response or quote for my order?

The average response time for emails is 2-4 business days but can sometimes take up to 5-7 days. I try to do emails every Tuesday/Thursday mornings so please be patient as I am just one person and will get to your email as quickly as I can.

 How long in advance do I need to book?

Please allow at least 7 days for all orders. For orders around special events and holidays please allow at least 3 weeks notice. If you need a last minute order please send through an order form, then give me a call and leave me a message and I will do my best to fit your order into my schedule. Bookings can be made up to 1 year in advance.

 Do I need to pay a deposit?

Deposits are necessary for orders over $100. Deposits range from $50 - $150 depending on the total price of the order. The deposit is non-refundable and is used to secure your event date and any decorations that may needs to be custom made / ordered.

 I have sent my quote/order form, is my order now guaranteed?

Not quite, you will be sent an invoice and a payment will need to be made to secure your date and your booking. Your booking is not confirm if you have not made a payment.

 How do I collect my order? Is delivery an option?

You can pick up your order or get it delivered. Pick up is available from Killingworth, NSW. Delivery fees start at $10 and increases based on location. Current delivery locations include Newcastle and Central Coast areas. Sydney delivery is considered for large orders or for weddings.
